Son has become a victim yet again

Just before Christmas he's fallen victim, yet again, to a Mate Crime. Truly gutted for him. He had plans for the money and has wasted time and effort helping this so called ‘friend’ in a job and despite repeated promises has been stiffed for the money. In fact, he's now severely out of pocket. I warned him not to carry on, when the guy failed to pay him on the first day, but he felt sure nothing was afoot. How do these people sleep at night? It hurts me so much to witness his pain…

  • I thought the same thing in the autumn, when i had some of my property stollen. It's left me out of pocket, and i get no benefits. I was really upset and thought how can they sleep at night. It's taken me months to get over it. I got angry because people don't know me and the people that stole my stuff, probably thought that they were so hard done by in society and were entitled to do this to people, which they weren't. e.t.c
