Feeling sad, ESA are bullying me and lying to me, my carer is leaving I've know her for years and years. Got on well with her, yet ESA continues to bully me with nasty letters.

Suppose to go to Halloween party/Austim they forgot to pick me up.

feeling very sad, missing carer. Got on well with her.

    Try not to take the letters about ESA too personally. They aren't trying to make you miserable but they do make mistakes and send letters to people when they really shouldn't. Do you need help to deal with them?

    They have mistake after mistake, they put my wrong address on it, they put there old phone number on it, so carer had to spend hours finding phone numbrude they rude on phone. Yes do need help.
