Social Groups in Northamptonshire

greeting all , well i do need help and i dont quite no what to do , my 24 year old son lives with me now after being with his grandparents for the last 10 years , it has taken me 22 years to get aaron(my son) diagnosed as every one kept telling me "oh he is a big lad and he will grow out of it " but my  son never did he just grew into it, but what dose hurt me the most is i was right when i noticed he was diffarent at 6 weeks old now the doctor said sll we can now do for him is make his life as bearable as possible , so you can imagine i am kind of aaahhh where to go and what to do . he is 6'7  and 21 stone and so vulnaarble ,badley bullied  and alone , he now sais he would like to have a friend and i would like to now where i can send him to meet others with "higher functioning autism" he is the nicest ,kindest and most quite guy ever so if anyone can give me some advice i would be most gratefull , sorry for going on a bit but well it gets lonley for me too .
