We're having a mushroom, leek and brocolli risotto dressed with some hemp oil
Tonight I am having fishfingers, chips and peas and I have also made a leek and potato soup to have tomorrow. This is quite an achievement for me as I often end up with a bowl of cereal, or some toast.
