Is AI getting out of hand?

I feel like it is; I'm getting to the point where it will end up being normal. To tell you the truth, I don't want that.

I do worry about what AI will lead to in the future but at the moment I would really struggle to survive without it. I use it to help me with emails, job applications, organising myself and as a sounding board for my AuHD brain. It really helps me
