I like ham & pineapple, and I also like peppers but they repeat on me.
At this moment if I was ordering I'd choose double ham, mushrooms & extra cheese
I have had the same toppings on Pizza since I was 5, I'm now 42 I only ever eat ham and pineable
And after that meagre feast I'd order a large stone-baked meat feast - pork, pepperoni, ham, cheese, tomato paste, basil, oregano, red pepper, onion, capers and a large glass of ice cold lager.

OMG I forgot olives.
