I've just had an emergency alert

I thought my laptop was about to blow up! It made a shrieking sound before and was overheating. But, I'm glad about these alerts. They save lives even if not the properties.

I'm not sure it was necessary for most people living in the South?  Seemed to relate to events in Manchester. Second alert was totally unnecessary!

I live in the South and there have been two fires near here in the past week. One was caused by fireworks let off in a ' green'. I hope it might have made some more aware.
