I've just had an emergency alert

I am sorry to hear that the emergency alert was stressful for some of you. I thought I would share some ways that might help to regulate yourself, if or when there is another alert:

It just made me jump as I didn't know what it was or where it was coming from, when I did finally get it in English I just thought 'yeah, they just told us that on the news'.

I'm really glad they're not selling disposable BBQ's anymore, or at least for a bit, I think they should ban them altogether, they're a menace, how are people supposed to carry a tin foil tray for safe disposal? There had been serious burns to the feet caused by people standing on buried BBQ's on the beach and they stay hot for hours when covered in sand.
