I like to eat:
Muesli, coco pops, natural yogurt with a teaspoon of jam, wholemeal bread sandwiches filled with tuna mayo, ham & cheese, ham & pickle or peanut butter, dark chocolate, prawn cocktail crisps, oaty cereal bars, peach fruit pots.
Favourite cakes: Belgian buns, cream & jam donuts, pain au chocolat
From Sainsbury's chilled section: Lasagne, Ravioli, roast chicken breasts
From Sainsbury's frozen section: Sweet & sour chicken with egg fried rice, Bisto cottage pie, cod fish fingers, oven fries, potato wedges, cheesy garlic bread slices, and honey roast parsnips & Aunt Bessie's mini roasties to go with the chicken breast and chicken gravy.
Why? They taste nice, don't upset my stomach and don't take much preparation.
