About cheeses - what are your favourites? How do you like to eat them?

I love me a bit of wensleydale, Gromit.

Brie and cranberry sauce sandwiches are delish. A very strong cheddar is a favourite of mine. I'm partial to the nutty taste of Jarlsberg. You can't beat Austrian smoked cheese slices

Marianne72 Cinnabar_wing I discovered brie and cranberry sauce sandwiches in Bangor, North Wales, around the turn of the century. There was a little vegetarian cafe there that did this lovely pie that was a little bit pork pie...just without the pork. They also did a deal of soup and a sandwich, and I always chose brie and cranberry.

Purely vegetarian cafes were a rare commodity in those days.

That restaurant was one of the first around.

It's a great cosmopolitan city with a good sized LGBTQ+ population. 

I love it but rarely visit these days.
