Build a nice house for me and all the cats I'd adopt with a nice garden. It would be somewhere away from others, nice and private.
I might just randomly gift money to people, who've been ripped off by builders for example and have been left with a home they can't live in, give money to animal sanctuaries here and abroad, like the baby elephant sanctuaries and orangutan and chimpanzie orphanages, stuff like that
