What are your favourite 'getting out of bed in the early hours' sneaky snacks?

I don't feel so guilty since watching Nigella sneaking to her fridge in her housecoat, eating slices of cake and fragments of meals. I can't resist cold pizza, cold curry, thick slices of homemade cake or cold chips,
