I don't feel so guilty since watching Nigella sneaking to her fridge in her housecoat, eating slices of cake and fragments of meals. I can't resist cold pizza, cold curry, thick slices of homemade cake or cold chips,

Brekkie.

[part-baked baton, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce [home grown], radishes, strawberries].
I have very few things, for nibbles.
If push comes to shove, I would have a bowl of Weetabix.
I love them too, especially sandwiched together with raspberry jam.
I like popsicles
You love them actually
I love popsicles
I remembered you saying this as I had previously never heard of them.
Would you like my apple cake recipe, its low in sugar and fat and made with wholemeal flour, so you can be healthy whilst you indulge
Ah, thanks but no. I find eating low sugar and fat items makes me crave sugar more. I don't eat crisps - my go-to snack is cheese biscuits. I like things like kit kat but don't often eat chocolate but I like the idea of them being one of the five a day!
Oh well, all the nurses I've met never do the things they advise their patients to do, they hoard medications, enough to stock a small pharamacy, are often clinically obese, eat badly and smoke and drink.

Deep fried vegetable crips are still vegetables and count as one of your five a day, no one says they can't be deep fried. I think coffee and chocolate should count in your five a day too, afterall they're made of beans!
My diabetic nurse....
What made you feel guilty about getting up in the night to raid the fridge anyway, lots of people do it.
I love beef hula hoops!
Yes! Sometimes I don't want curry and sometimes I get an urge for it.
Depends on how the weather is or how you are feeling.
I wish my indigestion did just depend on that but I think you mean whether you fancy eating it?
Depends on how the weather is or how you are feeling. After a curry I still fancy it next morning!
cold curry,
That gives me indigestion just thinking about it
