Focus on this thought, Cazzy77 ! You sound as if you've done well overall. There will always be upsets when moving, but from my experience this fades as you, 'settle in'. 

Not all firms are good at keeping rules; try a different one next time - save for a more expensive firm! I didn't know I was autistic for many moves but for my next I would tell them I was autistic and my major need is for boxes to be put in the right rooms - even pay a little extra to get this done. Labelling is always advisable - you know what's in the boxes and can sort them out over a few days or weeks. I would slowly move boxes to the right rooms first, then open them one by one - that way, you remain in control.

Keep writing if you feel stressed and share successes (others find them useful even if they don't respond). Sharing is one of many good things about this chat site. We have different experiences so you can usually find solutions- and it feels good to offer experiences to others.

I’m starting to realise there are good people out there. I really appreciate hearing your comforting comments. I’ve become quiet isolated for lots of reasons.

great News I have board band and can now watch the telly. I also had Mary Ann hospice take everything I wanted to go. So I now have room to swing a cat. 
I need to strip the flooring of my old maisonette which was infested with booklice due to the extremely high levels of humidity and the outside wall retaining water. Fighting with the housing association since I moved in a year and a half ago. I don’t feel I should remove it as they have cost me close to a thousand in damages to my things. The MP and ombudsman are looking into it. 
there’s no carpet here but I will look into laying my own vinyl as the concrete is putting dust everywhere. Just need to see how I’m fixed after my last rent payment for my old place. Food shop next on the list as haven’t eaten properly for a few days.

You need to do so! But things are looking up, yes? HA's can be variable. Mine is sometimes ok and other times pants.
