Moving house

Moving house on Tuesday and although im delighted to be moving into a better living situation (cost is a worry)

this is the second time in a year and a half. I have absolutely no support as have no friends or family. I’m totally overwhelmed and having meltdowns galore. any advice as I’m struggling big time.

  • Thanks again for everyone’s advice and support. Still going in and out of overwhelming stimulation. But know this new place is so much better so that’s the grounding that keeps taking me out of my spiral. 
    hopefully I can give some advice on this experience myself in the future.
