Moving house

Moving house on Tuesday and although im delighted to be moving into a better living situation (cost is a worry)

this is the second time in a year and a half. I have absolutely no support as have no friends or family. I’m totally overwhelmed and having meltdowns galore. any advice as I’m struggling big time.

    With the phone calls, perhaps you can try to move some of those into written conversations such as emails or texts/messages whenever possible.

    Hi Anna that is helpful ie, read the thread house move advice. I’m already on the poverty line and sometimes have to go to food banks so any expenses on that advice isn’t great. I also already do everything via email or text and that’s not clearly understood let alone when it’s really important. There is no MH support around my needs from any services I’ve been directed too. But I guess I should be grateful to have a roof over my head.
