I saw an amateur production and the prologue was a bed time story being told to a child who can't sleep and the chorus performers threw sweets into the crowd during one of the upbeat songs
Not long after I saw jesus Christ superstar with Ben Carter as jesus
And a few years later I was lucky enough to see James drayfus as the emcee in cabaret
Watched 'Project Hail Mary' a couple of weeks ago. Really good!
Watched it today really enjoyed it
I remember watching that on a knock off VHS that may or may not of been taped at the cinema. I don't think I've seen it since.
Another Autism Film Recommendation is “Please Stand By” starring Dakota Fanning.
If you are a fan of Star Trek then you will like this one!!
I just love the songs in it!
I remember being taken to see that on a school trip(Edinburgh Playhouse), I think it was a bit early as it was Phillip Schofield version.
Watched "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" yesterday (1999 version with Donny Osmond)
I didn't watch a lot of films growing up, I just don't think it appealed to be too much unless it was animated!
Every now and then my husband says something about a film and I'll say haven't seen it, so then we watch it if it's on TV somewhere! There were some good ones recently like Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society, but I won't watch horror.
Wow, you've never seen E.T. before? That's surprising. I'm glad you enjoyed it, though
My husband good us all to watch E.T.
I hadn't watched it before, but we enjoyed it and it held up.
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest
Haven't seen it but I had to read it for A level English Literature
I quite liked the Ginger snap series. I watched Dr. Sleep the other day as the longer cut is on HBO. I think my favourite vampire films are Near dark, 30 days of night and Chronos.
I tried watching the new Masters of the Universe movie. I couldn't sit through it, it was doing that really annoying thing all modern movies try to do where everything has to be done ironically or with sarcasm. I mean, if you're not on board with your own ideas, what makes me think I as the audience am going to be?
I was about to type a reply and saw you had wrote "Interview with a vampire"! Is liking that film an Autistic thing?
Princess Mononoke, Spirited away, Howl's moving castle etc
Studio Ghilbi are good
