Games that are good for autistics and other nuerodivergents

This is just an idea I've been thinking about for a long time, but I often feel like there are video games that innately appeal to autistics and other nuerodivergents due to the gameplay providing a form of positive mental stimulation to certain synapses relating to puzzling, logic, or just fun. Mostly RPGs and perhaps a couple fighting games I feel fall into these categories. I also just love it when games have hidden mechanics or secret little tricks you can use (I.E. Super Smash Bros. Melee with L-Cancelling and Wave Dashing) which I think can be attributed to my autism.

  • I play Star Stable, it's a horse game where you can buy different outfits for both you and your horse and different horses - there's different races to do at you increase reputation with different areas. There's different festivals that come each year (Western, Summer, Halloween, Christmas). It's free up to level five then you have to pay to continue levelling up and to unlock different areas and be able to go to them (you get rewards for paying). I do recommend it if you like horses whether you play for free or pay (can pay for one month, three months or lifetime which means you never have to pay for anything).

Anyway I've just got a horse which looks like the ocean (is based on black forest horse, and can change to a normal coat if you want). It looks really lovely and when in it's magical ocean coat the body moves like it's the actual ocean! I called it Ocean Beauty
