Any another big romance readers out there?

Hi!

Just looking to chat about books! partying face  I’ve always loved reading. smiling face with hearts I’m a big old bookworm and proud of it! Wink I read romance mostly.  Sometimes mystery/suspense.

If you’re a big romance reader too, what books and/or authors are your faves?

My fave authors include:

Lisa Kleypas (longtime fan)

Amy Daws (newer to me and I love her books so far)

Ellie K. Wilde (newer to me and love her books so far)

Kresley Cole (longtime fan of her ‘after dark’ series)

Celeste Bradley (longtime fan)

Sarah MacLean (longtime fan)

Fave trilogy is ‘Dance of the Gods’ by Nora Roberts. Read those books so many times, I’m gonna need new copies soon!

One of my fave books from childhood is ‘The Witch from Blackbird Pond’

Used to love Karen Rose but they’re pretty dark and intense.  Kinda creep me out now. lol.

  • I've always loved reading too, and I like various genres including sci-fi, time travel, and dystopian future novels, but I also sometimes read thrillers or romance.

My favourite romantic novels are "The Rosie Project" by Graeme Simsion (Male lead character is autistic) and "The strange appeal of Dougie Neal" by Keith A Pearson (which has a supernatural element).

I'm currently reading "The Shorten Chronicles" by Rosalind Tate which are about travelling to different eras in alternative universes, in which the main character is involved in a love triangle, so there's a bit of romance in that too.

I started a thread where we can review and recommend books, if you're interested:

     A book club - with a difference.
