1. Am discovering just how incredible my new iPhone 17e is. We went to a garden centre, were blessed with great light and few people, then the phone made outstanding captures, no device or even SLR has ever produced such phenomenal clarity and depth of field control. Amazi g.
2. I received the poetry book Pencil Letter by Irina Ratushinskaya in the post. I found online by chance, she wrote secretly while in the soviet KGB camps imprisoned for just writing poetry, eventually released her poems were published by Bloodaxe in 1988. Its not easy to read and much will be lost in the translation as poetry requires rhythm and meter which doesn’t replicate when the language is changed, however the content is so very important.
3. My house sale is on the verge of exchanging contracts, I provided the last documents for the buyers enquiries and no more obstacles remain.
