Irritating phrases

People who say - *if i'm honest*.
Do you automatically become dishonest if you don't say *if i'm honest first* ?

That instantly raises my hackles along with, 'with respect', that usually means just the opposite.

Don't even get me started on fillers e.g. 'like' and 'you know' - I don't know lol

Yes, please just get to the point and sort your words out before you start talking! I tend to get antsy and zone out if someone uses too much filler... I have a sort of "sense-to-words coefficient" running in my head!
