Britain's Got Talent's back!

I switched on and just caught the judging - with all saying it was amazing, never seen anything like it. Of course, I'm hoping someone has put this act online otherwise I'll be thinking about what the Chinese girl and her husband did that was so amazing!

Anyway, for fans of this entertaining programme, at last something interesting to watch of a Saturday night!

  • I don’t like the programme. With the exception of Simon, the judges reactions are usually like those classic clickbait YouTube thumbnails with the overly wide mouth and over the top expression. I find that immensely distressing. The programme is too predictable. Too polished. Very few acts provide anything new because it’s all been done before albeit with a slightly different theme. You’ve got the choirs. The odd balls. The singers. The predictable dance group doing some weird street dance to a mix mash of music. Then the magicians doing mentalist acts, as impressive as they are, most have all been done before. Don’t forget the cliche sob stories. I will however give credit to those that genuinely perform something unique and “talented”, like that Chinese girl tonight doing that fire thing with the table (my partner was watching it and I walked in and saw it) but those kinds of acts are few and far between. The programme has had its day. It needs to be axed.

  • Oh, that's a shame you think its, 'all been done before.' What about Celestial, the drone show? I'd love to watch something like that. It would go well with the Plymouth firework championships, for example.
