Oh no I missed pancake day!

I've always made pancakes on 'pancake day', since I left home at 18. And I forgot today! For some reason I thought it was next week. Anyway, will have to make them tomorrow.

I was wondering what people's favourite filling is? 

We do traditional lemon and sugar, but also have everything on the table, from chocolate spread, peaches, strawberries, golden and maple syrup, cream, peanut butter, etc.

  • I did manage to make them tonight, so yay! Really loved hearing the cool suggestions as well as the traditionalists! I hope everyone who wants them gets to have one somepoint this week!

    We have them all year at random points too, gives me more opportunities to try some different ones!
