Please ignore this thread, I'm just trying different options to see if I can pinpoint what is breaking the threads - I'll ask for it to be deleted once/if I find the root cause of the issue.

From what I have seen it seems to be after a picture is inserted into a rely - seen it happen twice now but other times it is OK.

I'll try different sizes and file types to see if there is any basis for this.

Could we do some tests on the up vote/down votes, I want to check mine is showing up as it should, to see if the orange banner stuff is having other issues on the forum?

I also think downvoting is unnecessary, as is the star voting. I don't see why it is needed on matters that are personal?

I would like to get rid of the whole system of voting, but at least removing the downvote facility would be a start.

Yes please, I can see 2 upvotes, so if people try downvote now, I'll see.

The other thing I was wondering if it was related to deleting posts too (something I am prone to due to anxiety). Might be another test!

I noticed I could up vote and down vote but then it jumped from -1 to +1, but if my finger hovered over the middle it went to 0 on my iPad. It’s always done this as about a year ago some of us went through a whole thread upvoting and down voting to see what would happen.
