What are you currently watching?

I thought it would be nice to know what other people are watching.

For me, I'm watching My Love Story (anime), Gilmore Girls (American TV show) for the millionth time lol, and They Kiss Again (Taiwan TV show). I also like to watch Twitch VODs, and BTS lives and videos. 

I have some other shows I'm watching that I've kind of put on hold as well because I always start new series that are of more interest to me, but I always try to go back and finish them. 

Parents

  • The Night Manager - even though it’s laughably bad in places. And/or was excellent (slow to start but got really good as it went on). If anyone hasn’t seen Severance we loved watching that. We watched Patience (which has an autistic character/actress in a lead role - didn’t anyone else? It was ok - but maintained all the cliches about autistic people in many ways. I watched a film on Netflix called ‘Private Life’ and that really made me cry - I found it very moving. Also a film called ‘The Holdovers’ - also really good and very moving.

    I couldn't get into Night Manager. I didn't make it through the first episode.

    We thought the first 2 episodes were pretty dreadful - enough so that we found them amusing. We sometimes like watching bad tv as we find it fun to work out why it’s bad and discuss that! It got better though - and I’m looking forward to seeing the last episode tonight. Tom Hiddleston is a bit wooden as an actor though - I don’t think he’s very good. He looked cool as Loki though - he reminded me of my youth and the singers in goth bands that I liked! I’ll look at your Patience thread - thank you :)
