What are you currently watching?

I thought it would be nice to know what other people are watching.

For me, I'm watching My Love Story (anime), Gilmore Girls (American TV show) for the millionth time lol, and They Kiss Again (Taiwan TV show). I also like to watch Twitch VODs, and BTS lives and videos.

I have some other shows I'm watching that I've kind of put on hold as well because I always start new series that are of more interest to me, but I always try to go back and finish them.

I don't watch TV. I just listen to music all day everyday believe it or not. I think TV is a distraction to numb your mind from reality

There's actually a little research done into this. Watching something with intent is actually shown to be good for your mind. Meanwhile, mindlessly scrolling through shorts and reels on apps like tik-tok and instagram is shown to actually have the very effect you described. So, you've half right, but there's a little more to it
