Hi everybody, Matthew here.
This morning I was supposed to go to a carehome to see my ill gran with my dad. Sadly though I backed out this morning and already I am feeling disappointed with myself. It's like what I said yesterday, I have medicene which means I'd travel ok and yet I still don't travel.
Does anyone else on the forum have travel issues, if so I'd love to hear from you

Try not to see yourself as a failure. Each new day is a fresh start and you can try anew. In time, if the will is there, you will be able to go out in the car. You clearly want to do this very much, and this suggests that, in your own good time, you will achieve this goal
