Hi everybody, Matthew here.
This morning I was supposed to go to a carehome to see my ill gran with my dad. Sadly though I backed out this morning and already I am feeling disappointed with myself. It's like what I said yesterday, I have medicene which means I'd travel ok and yet I still don't travel.
Does anyone else on the forum have travel issues, if so I'd love to hear from you

Yeah your right she does sound like she has ASD. But at least she is happy.
I will get some exercise, that's a fabulous idea but Worry time I tried it once before. Sadly it does not work for me, though I think it works for other people. Boredom may also be the cause of my worrying - I do the same thing every single day and that may cause me to get bored and start to worry.
