Bunch of crooks

Two weeks ago I went for a work capability assessment with one of these private firms.   The assessment was very professional.  No complaints. 

I was also asked to fill an expenses form where they promised to refund any travel expenses. 

I claimed my £6 bus fare.

Today they paid £1.50 into my bank account.   Bunch of crooks.

They're the same firm that I was on a Restart scheme with a few years ago.  Then, they also were supposed to refund travel expenses, but if I forgot to ask they never offered. When I did ask they often made excuses not to pay.

  • Ages ago, I used to get moaned at Action 4 Employment as my train fare was different each time. They had to do another calm form when my train fare went up by 10p. Absolutely ridiculous. The provider closed down. 

    One voluntary place I had to keep hold of the train tickets, put in a claim expenses form and they would put the amount in my bank account. Seems strange. I ended up leaving due to having an accident and the setup was a shambles.

    Princes Trust was absolutely fine as they photocopied my bus ticket and refunded me the whole thing. 

    How do they sleep at night?
