I think I'd be an Afghan hound, tall and aloof, crazy and untrainable but with great hair! lol.
I wouldn't want to be a dog, but if I really had to choose I think it would be a greyhound, who is adopted by a quiet kind older woman. Being able to run really fast sounds good, but when they're not having a sprint they are couch potatoes, like me!
Greyhounds are very beautiful dogs.
