Newbie to the board

Hello Wave.

Hope you are all awap.

I'm a newbie to the board, and I thought I would say hi and give some info about myself.

I am 38 from the Isle of Wight. I'm fairly new to the Autistic community, as I only got a diagnosis about just over a decade ago.I also have Fibromyalgia as well, which holds me back quite a lot. My interests are listening to vinyl records, reading and writing poetry, and also watching Football. I have two dogs and a cat that I adore . I joined the message board and community to get more understanding of Autism myself as well. Also I'm here to hopefully maybe make some new friends. Thanks for reading and take care

More from me soon.

I love vinyl too !! I used to collect just CDs but now own more vinyl than CD. I love vinyls, the sound and overall appearance is just so nice. I’ve also got a cool collection of record players, my grandfather used to work in a record shop and he sued to repair the players for people and he still has loads of old stock in his shed in the garden. He gave me my first record player a couple of years ago, it’s from the 60s/70s I think he said and is in an old red suitcase looks amazing! Sounds so neat as well !!

Do you have a fave vinyl you like listening to?

Enjoy the forum, I hope you find it a great place to be and get any help and support you need. There's a lot of really kind and helpful people here.
