Angry day

Hi Smile

So basically, I woke up fine and made breakfast for my family (which is unusual as I usually panic about cooking but I decided to try) and I don't mind going to the shops to get stuff. But only when I'm told in advance. Generally, the previous day in advance, or I just feel like it throws my whole day out the window because its something I haven't incorporated into it. I feel like my family don't understand in that they more think I am being lazy rather than it really throws me off my 'routine' as it suddenly makes me feel like I am really busy and I guess I overwhelm myself and panic. Because of this, I spent basically the rest of the day feeling angry and not speaking but I don't really get how to change that.

Does anyone have any tips on how I could maybe go to the shops at shorter notice or not get exceedingly angry at others and go into 'mute' mode because of changes in routine?
