Autism Life Bag - What's in yours?

I had a thought since I like to carry a bag when I'm out. My main bag is for work so it's fits my Samsung tablet (like an iPad) in it and work clothes because I cycle to work, but anyway there are other items in there that I find useful for autistic emergencies. Here's my list...

  • Fidget spinner & clicker
  • Compact umbrella
  • Phone charger & battery pack
  • Earbuds & Loop earplugs
  • Tape measure
  • 3 pens
  • Hat (I don't like the wind)
  • My business cards
  • Bottle of water
  • Plasters & Ibuprofen
  • Small purse with cash
  • Deodorant
  • Tampons (partner emergency)
  • Sweat headband (sometimes I run)

What would be in yours?

  • Here are the contents of my work bag

    Powerbank

    Charger cable

    Pens and pencils

    Tape measure

    Painkillers

Stanley water cup (other brands are available)

Lists on scrappy pieces of paper

    Diary

    Food

  • Great thread. I carry my work bag everywhere or keep it in the car. Sometimes during the day I never open it but the important thing is, I know it's there. Contents include:

    Laptop and cable

    Various chargers

    Hay fever, headache pills

Pens (including a pen camera. Don't know why, just a cool gadget)

    Small box containing memory sticks

    Two penknives

    Folder containing travel paperwork

    Spare reading glasses

Hard drive containing various work items

Waterproof plastic bag and A4 plastic pockets (I get through millions of them)

    Notebook
