I had a thought since I like to carry a bag when I'm out. My main bag is for work so it's fits my Samsung tablet (like an iPad) in it and work clothes because I cycle to work, but anyway there are other items in there that I find useful for autistic emergencies. Here's my list...

- Hat (I don't like the wind)
- My business cards
- Bottle of water
- Plasters & Ibuprofen
- Small purse with cash
- Deodorant
- Tampons (partner emergency)
- Sweat headband (sometimes I run)
