    Been listening to podcasts since Oct 14th 2007, so you could say I was an early adopter, and hooked from day one! Many have come and gone in that time, the first podcast I mentioned has been the one constant throughline, a dependable friend over 17 years so far (in good times and bad)  and my favourite of all. Podcasts are such comforting rituals while navigating our challenging lives.
