On tv over xmas and new year, a couple of xmas specials and a load of repeats of previous xmas specials. Roll on the week after new year when we might get some new and decent telly.

Might sound weird, but I actually enjoy how they show the same things over and over again. It kind of fulfills my need for predictability in the chaos named “Christmastime”.
I’m not from the UK though, so I can only judge the German program and honestly I’m not even really watching it that often, just knowing it’ll be on again is enough.
