I've now received a commitment to attend a mediation meeting, at 7 am every day, on Zoom. Now, I have to adjust. No more late-night Zoom meetings. And the alarm always set for 6 am.
It's a learning curve. But, I had to readjust my lifestyle; as I have been on a hamster wheel too long. Stress was my modus operandi. Can't live that way, much longer.

I'm back from being out, and of course I left early; due to anxiety.

Wow, 6am, that the crack of sparrow fart! A 7am meeting! Have you been co-opted by the early morning's are good for you brigade?
I agree that living with stress long term is horrilbe and bad for you, but I think 6am starts and having to talk to people at 7am would be more stressful for me.
