When I am tired and feeling run-down, my stress levels increase massively. I cannot process negative thoughts so well, so they get out of control and take on a life of their own.
Stress causes me all sorts of aches and pains, all over my body, because of the constant tension. Exercise can relieve the aches, but when I am anxious exercise is often the last thing I feel like doing.
