Have I just only now noticed something that has been around for a while or are the online indicators (grey or green circles next to someone's name) new
As far as I can tell grey circles are on site
And green circles are on post
From what I understood, green circles means they are on the site, grey means not on the site. But you might be right about it being if they are on the post
Those without it have changed their setting to not show when they are online
You clicked the save button at the bottom?
Sometimes the changes take a few hours to work. But also the settings seem to act up.
Email notifications don’t work for almost everyone. Live alert notifications ussually work…
You might just have to mess with stuff till it works (that’s what I do). But I’ve also emailed the community manager at times and they have helped fix stuff with my notifications.
That isn't working on mine I don't know why. My notifications don't either.
