The Chris Packham two parter was good, Inside Our Autistic Minds. I enjoyed the BBC adaptation of the Book ‘A Kind of Spark’, the author is autistic, the main characters are autistic and the actors are also autistic!
The series is aimed at teenagers but I thoroughly enjoyed it, a second series has just been commissioned. Should still be on iplayer.
A book I really enjoyed is ‘Strong Female Character’ by Fern Brady, just a warning, she leaves nothing out of her younger life.
