Not a popular choice these days, but as a 50 something, late 'diagnosed' man, I found the lectures and insights proffered by Temple Grandin, to be very instructive and enlightening. I slightly fell in love with her "no nonsense" attitude and balanced perspective (as I see it) on allowing yourself to be who you are, whilst not denying the rights and sensibilities of the majority "normie" folks in our civilisation.
