Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

  • 1. Watched the movie "Trading Places" - I'd forgotten how entertaining it was. Dan Ackroyd and Eddie Murphy are brilliant actors.

     2. Downloaded two games with my XBox game pass to play over Christmas: Star Wars - Jedi survivor and Lego Star Wars - the Skywalker saga

    3. Discovered that these movies are free to watch on ITVX:

    Star wars IV - A new hope

    Star Wars V - The empire strikes back

    Star wars VI - Return of the Jedi

    Star Wars - Rogue One.

    So I'll be travelling down memory lane revisiting the first 3 movies, then discovering the other one, which I never watched previously. It's a Star Wars Christmas for me!

    This s my fave Christmas movie and my 2nd fave overall movie. I watch it several times every Christmas
