Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

  • 1. My o/h came home after two and a bit weeks away.

    2. I won a nice condition harrison lathe with loads of tools spare chucks etc.. on eBay for just over 50 quid. (Even I can afford that, but how to get it home?)  

    2a. My mate stepped up to help me at really short notice, and that enables me to hire a van.

    2b. My van hire place, is going to waive the hire fee, because he knows how skint I am!)

    3. I manged to find enough space in the garage to fit it in...
