Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

    1. Today marks 4 months without alcohol, I had started drinking when still at school, it made me seem more normal.
    2. Anxiety has been reduced, it’s still there but I can manage it better.
    3. Drove into the outskirts of London to the large Swedish furniture shop, found I could manage people better, I played by my rules.

    4. I need a 4, twice my wife had to come and get me from the light sensory room, I’ve never experienced anything like it, I found it hypnotic.
