Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

  • Hi everyone. Wishing you all a happy, peaceful and relaxed Sunday.

    1. I went in to the village this morning and got freshly baked bread from the bakery.

    2. The new medication for my GI discomfort is working already, faster than I thought and with no side effects. So happy!

    3. A firm is looking for someone with good english, IT and writing skills so I applied for that this afternoon. I had an email shortly after sending the application saying if successful someone from the firm will be in touch within 14 days. I've been away from work for some time but I'm feeling hopeful I can cope OK now. Fingers crossed.
