3 Good Things (Redux)

Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one.

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash)

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!)

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

Parents
  • 1. We're singing a great song in choir

    2. Anxiety Support Group starts today

    3. I'm hyperfixating on crocheting, which is good because I need to make stuff for the craft sale in September.

  • 1. I'm also hyper fixated on crochet at the moment, i've been doing it during class to help me listen to lectures better. Not sure if it works yet.

    2.My grandparents made me dinner.

3.I wrote in a journal this morning which i haven't been able to do for 4 months.

  • I wish I could crochet in class! My teachers all say something like "You have to pay attention". Maybe if all of my skeins of yarn were smaller, I could crochet in ELA extensions (they don't give us enough normal time for English so we have to do an extra thing). We have a new teacher in that class because the old teacher moved to Egypt, and this was the first time of my life that I have told a teacher other than my homeroom teacher that I am autistic. Pretty much all she said was, "That's great, if you need any accommodations just tell me." I'm super excited to talk to her more. Sorry, this was NOT meant to turn into a rant about the new ELA extensions teacher! I don't even know her name yet!
