3 Good Things (Redux)

Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

  • Had a good ay I could easily find the three good things, but I just want to share this one:

    At the house I was a working a robn got trapped inside, and studiously avoided all the windows my friend opened for him.

    I however, managed to literally talk him (or her) onto my finger, and on the second attempt he let me carry him perched on my finger to the open front door.

    It felt like a bit of a "moment" to be honest..

    I'm very pleased to hear that you were able to help the Robin ISperg.

    Sometimes birds come down the chimney and get stuck (woodburner, not alight obs! ). 

    It can be tricky to get them to fly out, but once they're outside they're ok.
