Colouring in books aid my relaxation.

I have discovered a new form of therapy: colouring in books with coloured pencils. I prefer the ones aimed at children; they are cheaper and have interesting pictures in them covering different themes, like the sea-side. The adult ones tend to revolve around patterns and do not interest me.

  • I have them at home.  They sit in my draw mostly but they are there for when I want to do that. I got a book few years ago from the Works and nearly finished it. Timeless and don't require anyone else.  I use it more of a time filler than a stress and relaxation aid though. But do have them there.
