Colouring in books aid my relaxation.

I have discovered a new form of therapy: colouring in books with coloured pencils. I prefer the ones aimed at children; they are cheaper and have interesting pictures in them covering different themes, like the sea-side. The adult ones tend to revolve around patterns and do not interest me.

  • Yes, I like doing that as well, and I also like zentangling now, I started doing that a few weeks ago, I didnt know about it before that I thought it was just doodling. I have got some caligraphy pens and like to make patterns with them round pictures that I have cut out and join all the patterns together and colour them in, and I also like colouring in pictures cut out of colouring books and sticking them in as well and going round them with my pens and colouring it all in it is very relaxing to do
