Colouring in books aid my relaxation.

I have discovered a new form of therapy: colouring in books with coloured pencils. I prefer the ones aimed at children; they are cheaper and have interesting pictures in them covering different themes, like the sea-side. The adult ones tend to revolve around patterns and do not interest me.

  • It's not my hobby.  Not because I don't want to do it, but because I've not yet discovered it :)  I like the sound of it because it's something that isn't that taxing to do, yet keeps the brain occupied so it isn't tempted to go off wandering thinking about other non-essential things.

I do like colouring in things.  The use of all different colours and textures would keep my brain amused.
